Delay in passport

Sir,

My name is Asfar Ahmad. I have applied passport in the month of march 29 and till date we haven’t received the passport.

File number: LKO-A060536-12

Police verification was done on June’12, but the status shows since april: Police Report has not been received.

Can you pls look into the matter, No idea as to why such a delay
