Money not refunded

While booking ticket from irctc my money was deducted from my account but i was unable to book the tickets. Now when im asking for the refund of money they (irctc-ggm, chennai) are saying that they have already refunded my money. But till yet i havn't recieved my money. Im attaching all the details regarding this complain. This is the refund details send to me bye them.
