I have applied for my passport and It has been despatched from Jaipur office Reference number JPR-W312409-09
I couldnot receive the passport since I was not at home due to my father had an attack and he was hospitalised and I had to visit him immediately.
When I came back the post man had sent it back from Udaipur post office back to Jaipur. Once I called Jaipur passport office the attendee said that they cannot send it back again. I have to travel to Jaipur or apply for passport again. He was not ready to hear my greavance.
Please have a look at this case and tell me what to do exactly according to the rules of government of india
