It is disgusting and shame for Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) by approving and granting funds to fraudulent and influential people who are already entrepreneurs and employed.
The officials of the JKEDI under its Seed Capital Fund Scheme of Sher-i-Kashmir employment and welfare programme for the youth (SKEWPY) are misusing the scheme, by making fool and an eye –wash for the actual deserving youth of the state hoodwink by granting funds to influential people, who are already entrepreneurs, rich, employed and having several sources of income; by taking bribes and use of influence within and outside the J&K Government departments by favouring them the approval of funds under this scheme for fraudulent and manipulated projects.
A present example of influence, bribery and favours in JKEDI is the falsified and manipulated project submitted for AUTOCADD Centre for M/s Centre Autocadd by an EMPLOYED Kashmiri pandit Women Smt. Jyoti Kaul d/o Vijay kaul of Trikuta Nagar, Jammu. She has used her father (Vijay Kaul) highly influential and buyed-off to grab the funds for her manipulated project under the (SKEWPY) scheme. Smt. Jyoti Kaul is very rich, belongs to affluent class and influential family and is already working for a Multinational Company at a very senior level position, earning in a fat Salary package (Please refer to Attached Annexures 1 to 4). She has no formal, informal, training/education and any experience in this field. It has been falsely stated in her project that she has previously 5 years of auto cad experience. On the contrary, she has studied personnel management from Pune, Maharastra.
Smt. Jyoti kaul’s father Vijay Kaul is already running a Autocadd centre by the name of M/s Auto Cadd Centre since 2004 in the premises of JKPCC building, Jammu, Vijay has been favored by the officials of JKEDI to approve the funds under (SKEWPY) Scheme for his daughter’s project purely on influential basis in reciprocal for getting the commission and kickback that is being and will be paid to the officials of the JKEDI for getting the work from the different J&K Government departments as Vijay does the same with the JKPCC to run his AUTO CADD Centre.
The officials of the JKEDI has taken sweetener for approving her project from her and her father Vijay kaul, a retired drafts man from J&K Public Works Department and JKPCC. It has been learnt that Vijay Kaul has made Lakhs of rupees by fraudulent means and taking bribe during his service in the above mentioned J&K Government departments in Srinagar, Jammu and Ladakh.
Several years before Smt. Jyoti Kaul, her father Vijay kaul, mother and brother has been raided by the Income tax department and Sales tax department respectively in Jammu and other parts of the country for not declaring their earnings and assets both movable and immovable which were liable for taxation. What a pity that the government of JKEDI is encouraging and bonded with such fraudulent people and approving them entrepreneurship funds (by money laundering) to deprive the actual deserving youth of the state.
Indeed, JKEDI has proved it; even the Common people of the J & K state has no doubt to think why the educated /professional unemployed youth/people of the state incorporate AK 47 culture.
My humble request to you is to cancel the above project and recover the project funds immediately so that the needy educated unemployed youth could be benefited.
