I have applied for my parents passport 6 months back still i have not received the passport. Now i tried to apply for emergency passport. First every govt department is corrupted everyone knows that and we don't have any option to complain, now the issue is for emergency passport i need character certificate from ssp and i have done all the formalities for it. Now ssp is telling me that passport officer is rejecting the certificates because he wants photo-state copy ssp's i card and ssp is not agreeing.
One more criteria has been added for the character certificate by the pa of ssp that's ssp would issue the character certificate only those people who has blood relationship with the ssp.
For last two months i m following the procedure and at the end ssp is rejecting my application.
I dont my complain would be considered or not.
But whosoever is look into it please help me my parents want to go for umrah and they are not getting the passport because of this corrupted govt departments.
