Pipe line damaged

This is to state that since yesterday water has been flowing regularly at central spine during the installation of pipelines under bisalpur water project near shree nath tower and shiv shakti paradise, central spine, vidhyadhar nagar,

no one has even bother to see that lakhs of litres of water has been wasted due to the fault of the operator of the JCB machine who damaged the water line under beneath...

please forward this complaint to the concerned department so that lakhs of litres of water can be saved
