I leave in JDA approved area of Jhotwara, with Add: Shiv Nagar A, Nivaru Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur. at the time of Purchase the Flat Builder assure me all basic facilities like: Road Lights, Seveage Line, Road, Water Supply will provided by JDA as well as HDFC also loan on the property.

But now after three year complition I found that there is not a single work done by JDA - No Water is there, No Road is there, No Road Light is there, No Severage line is there. Due to which all those who leave in this area suffer with lots of Problems.

My Complaint and Queiry is this on what basis JDA approved any area why there is heavy partiality by JDA in place to Place in Jaipur it self.

What JDA will do to provide all basic facilities for those who leave in JDA approved Area of Nivaru Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur?
