I, AMANDEEP KAUR, AND GAURI wants to complaint against SHO of police station RAJOURI GARDEN. Matter is that we are living in tagore garden A-37, our neighbours are mentally torturing us to leave the place we are living in. We are living there as students of JES INSTITUTE, RAJA GARDEN. At ground floor 5 girls were living and boys are living at 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor, 1st floor is locked by the owner of the flat. The portion of girls is totally seperate by hte boys, the way to boys floor is from outside the flat. There is no entry for boys in girls portion. It is a rented flat given us by the institute for free of cost. Last night on Aug 3, one of our neighbour, who was drunked completely threw beer bottels at 2nd floor on our boys.2 of our boys got hurt because of him. His son threw big stone in girls room to break the window of our room where we were sleeping.the whole colony came out of their houses favouring the sardar jee. The sardar jee (neighbour) was using so abusive language for boys as well as for girls. Boys made a complaint to police helpline no 100.Then neighbour also did the same. Police came to our place, listen to the neighbours, ask our boys to come downstairs, without asking anything from the boys, the policeman start beating our boys, took them to police station at 11pm.when boys didn't reach to hostle till 12;30'o clock we both the girls went to the station to see our boys.they took our studends and 2nd party's 2 persons for MLC in hospital.they were saying that our boys are drunk and behaving mannerlessly, but it was not so. The doctor didn't find alcohol level in boys but found in 2nd party's persons (45% in one and 85% in second). There SHO called us to his room, where 2nd party's member were already sitting, he listen to us. The time SHO listen to our complaint, he said that the 2nd party is wrong, because he has never complaint against us to the police station before, if he was having problem before and when he is drunk completely start making complaints against us. But suddenly somebody on the behalf of second party came and said to SHO that I have bigger approaches, and can remove your uniform within a minute. after that SHO and the 2nd party's man went out the room, when they return back, SHO started shouting on us, slap us the two girls. We call immediatrly to our sir at the place. he came within 10 minutes he asked the matter, SHO start beating our sir in front of all of us students. we tried to stop him doing so, he started threaten us that he will ruin our future. he locked us in the room and took our sir to another room and beat him badly. All the policemen forcilly asked our sir to write a note to make a compromise with the 2nd party. But we dont want any compromise with them. SHO did all this because he took bribe from the 2nd party we have a clear doubt. We gave our compaint letters to the SHO but he didn;t gave us any copy in return as a proof. We want that you people should please take strict action against them. Otherwise we have to go to the higher levels for our hearing. We are mentally harassed by the policemen and our neighbour. We are not safe there.
