I have appied for a new passport on 9th Dec at the time of police verification one of the police oficial who visited home asked me to submit a copy of NOC from school as I am a teacher at Private school & when I visited police station for the same the other police official says NOC is not required as I work at private school & they both ended up the querry in No Mans Land & sent us back without collecting the NOC, after some days I receive a letter from Passport office, Bangalore asking to submit the same NOC without which my passport cannot be processed. Responding to them I have sent NOC to passport office through Post a month ago, since then I have never heard from any concerned official...
Now my 1st question is why the government deploys people who doesn't know the basics of thier duty & the 2nd is why the passport office displays so many phone numbers, websites & e-mail ID's when they doesn't answer to none... I am damn sure that even the time I have wasted writing this complaint goes in vain but this is not for Govt. offocials this is for general public.
