I am nishant singh, phd student at Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi. I sent a letter by speed post to Gorakhpur on 19 of march.the article no is. ED905920115IN which has not delivered yet on 26 march.pls do the need full and i also plan to file a case in consumer court for compasation and want to file RTI on this case pls tell me way of filing case.
