I have booked parcel contaning scienec practical materials om 14, 01 from Ambala Cantt to Jalna. Train are available directly for Jalna so as to reach parcel 2/3 days. But i have many times enquired with jalna office & he didn't take action or interest reagarding parcel. At last I compaint with my sender & thereafter i got parcel on 13.02.2011. When i collect the parcel i have to ask for damarage charges Rs.48 for three days. ie.e parcel comes at Jalna at 10/02. & I tired to enquire from 16.01.2011.
If this type of srvice given by Government than it is ashmed &forced to book private.
If anyone look after please try to give best services by Govt organisation.
