As everybody know that keeping and breeding of cows and buffaloes in the city residential area is against law. But this law has been taken for granted in Srinagar colony sitapur road Lucknow. People keeping buffaloes in there house and his food reseve buy bullakcard. This cause road blocks, lots of dirtiness and unhygienic environment. Above all lot of bulls roam around fighting in the area posing posing injury and life scare to kids as well as adults in the area. lots of complaints have been lodged already in this regards.
