Subject: Buffaloes keeping in residential area.(Invitation to swine flu, dengue, malaria etc. )
Respected Sir,
I want to draw your attention towards the problems of the people of our area. I am the resident of Village - BEHLANA, U.T. CHANDIGARH .We are suffering from a lot of problems due to our Neibhourers Wife of Late Mr. LAKHI. Who are having Buffaloes for business purpose in their house right adjoining to our house. The whole area is stinking badly causing unhygienic conditions due to pollution created by them through the Dung and Tiolet of Buffaloes. We can't even stand outside our house and park even our Vehicle's as because of Buffaloes Dung Smell and Toilet. Flies and Mosquitoes use to roam all the day outside our house. We have even approached our panchayat and Our Sarpanch Mr. Mahinder Singh with Written Comlaint Letter one year before. In Panchayat the decision has been taken to stop having Buffaloes in Village. But nothing action has been taken against them till now. They are still having Buffaloes and they use to fight with us and use abbusive language everyday due to this matter. We have even approached the BDPO. He also assist us but nothing action has been taken from the last one year. In todays time when dengue, malaria, swine flu etc are outbreaking in India. We are approaching you very hopefully we are requesting you to stop rearing and having of Buffaloes in residential area so that people can live in pollution free and disease free area . seeking for the immidiate action against having such animals in residential area in City Beautiful Chandigarh where the govt is talking to control pollution in international level
