I have a very serious and genuine problem here.
I am in a very sorry state right now because of it and I think I am in the very verge of loosing my total faith and respect for Indian Postal department, Customs Department and even EMS Courier service!!!
It's been 55 days since I have yet to recieve my parcel from Kolkata Customs!!!

HongKong site atleast shows advance update than the Indian EMS Site!!! How Interesting!!!
Okay now my problem is that this is the November months. 20th of November!!! And my parcel has been with the Kolkata Customs since 27th September as per HongKong site!!!
To my utter woes!!! I have been calling Kolkata Customs: Phone No. 033-22480367 every single day back-to-back for countless times a day from morning office hours to till evening office hours since October when I realised that it has already been 10 days since I got my parcel!!!
My REAL ANGER is that NO ONE, yes NO ONE picks the damn phone!!!
Maybe God Laxmi had pity on me because just before Diwali on 4th of November for the FIRST TIME ever the phone was attended my a Customs Official. Though I was boiling inside with anger, I spoke to him sweetly with the best tone I have. I told him my woes and my parcel being in the Customs for these many days...
He sympathized/ empathized with me and took my parcel tracking No. EA051165349HK and promised me that he will clear it on the 6th/ Saturday of October as 5th was Diwali.
I was so happy and finally had a peace of mind. But it didn't last long...
Till today I am calling the DAMN Kolkata Customs Phone No every single day but no one picks it up and an automated voice in Bengali sometimes asks me to dial #1 for voice recording and when I do the phone hangs up!!!...
MY Parcel No. EA051165349HK worth USD $ 794.70 is missing!!! And I won't regret to calling Kolkata/ Indian EMS/ Postal Services a bunch of frauds and theives very soon...
