French Currier
Not delivered still long pending

From French Express Currier for Emergency service we sent the letter to Chennai from Cuddalore on 12th-Nov.but still it is not delivered, and for the same if we contacted at cuddalore office and other branches at TN, their response is very very poor and not in the professional way fyi pls
