Trasfer OF KVP

Sir,

I have purchased four kvps cotaining Rs 40, 000 (No. 09CD 509787, 88, 89 & 90) ON 18 DEC at CHAKERI AERODRUM PO KANPUR. I have submitted an application for transfer of these KVPs on 07 Aug 10 through Palam village New Delhi post office. Till now I have not received any confirmation.
