No supply of gas cylinde

I have booked the gas on 23-2-10. my consumer # is 2436, booking id # is 7637. so far we have not received the gas inspite of calling them 4 times within this week

this is happening for the past 1 year, actually we have taken it easy but its now high time, so we have lodged a complaint to the headoffice so please kindly look

into this matter seriously and do the needfull.
