this is to inform you about the very late service of emergency service 108 faced by me on 29/11 at 21:20 pm in the night when we had an extreme emergency of shifting my uncle to the nearest hospital who is suffering from cancer, diabetes, blood pressure and kidney failure . we took my uncle to jivraj hospital near jivraj park as he suffered a severe breath stroke on 29/11... my uncle was unable to breath properly and by the time we reached jivraj hospital his situation was critical... on further inquiry we came to know from the doctors at jivraj hospital that his pressure was 110/190 and oxygen was 51-52 instead of 99 . this soon became a serious matter of concern and doctors on the spot advised us to call 108 service and take them to SHAL HOSPITAL as they were out of ICU WARDS AND OXYGEN being such a big hospital they did not even have a single cylinder of oxygen... we then called 108 our first call at 21:20 pm (9:20 pm) and told them about the situation to which responded quickly and told that they will be there soon... 10 minutes passed but still no1 arrived at the spot and then we decided to call again... on calling again we were shocked to hear that they DENIED TO COME SPECIALLY at the jivraj hospital without any reason... we told the doctors at jivraj about this we requested them to come also the doctors pleaded a lot to come but they refused... finally when we told them that if they didn't come on time we would register a complaint against them in the consumer court about it and it would be their responsibility if anything happened to my uncle .. finally, on hearing this they agreed to come... but on 21:40 i.e 20 minutes after the emergency call they called us to confirm about the address and after 30 minutes from the first call the van arrived...

SIR MY QUESTION TO YOU IS ...:-
1. Are these people there for our safety or to just make us run here and there at the times when we need them and force us to show them the way of law
2. if anyone meets with an accident outside jivraj hospital, then will the 108 come or not??? (a serious question).
sir, we are thankful to the government for starting an excellent service for the common people and we have heard very good notes of word from the people about the fast service of 108, but we had a very very very bad experience and request you to take a deep look into this as we don't want this to happen again with anyone else...
