Krishna Cargo Service/Angaria
Goods not delivered till date (Booked on 13.05.2011)

To Whom it may concern,

We had booked one parcel through Krishna Cargo Service (CN No- 16516.Consignee Satish Synthetics) from Kolkata on 13.05.2011 destinated to Surat (Gujrat), As per their estimated delivery in 4-5 days (as advertised to customers inside India), So far, there is no trace of the parcel booked by us with 13 (Thirteen) days have passed. Repeated calls were made in both Surat & Kolkata office which went in vain.

Hence we request to take prompt action regarding this matter.
