KSRTC - Karnataka State Road Transport Corp.

Travel from mysore to bangalore - reservation done for 11:10 airawat.

My wife reached the bus stand at 10:15 in the morning and from that time, every bus which came, they just told the reservation related to this pnr is not in that bus. So she had to wait for more than 1 and half an hour. The bus was supposed to be at 11:10.

Till 12 there was no clue about the bus. The kstrc people in the bus stand (drivers, ticket collectors and officers) also just kept on telling us to wait.

None of the airawata buses had this reservation. Then they asked her to buy a ticket and go.

The reservation made could not be cancelled online as the travel had started already.

We had reserved to avoid the problems of standing in queues as we had our son along. This was really annoying. She had to go through a lot of trouble, having our son also with me.

It was totally crude way of handling. I was proud to see online services in our country and state for state transport as well. This was a real biter experience.

Would I atleast get the refund? I have complained to the department.
