ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION ON THE ROAD

Dear Sir / Madam

I live in 346-A, Rishi Nagar, First Floor, Delhi-34.In front of our house Illegal construction is going on. He is supporting the Balcony by cement pillers on the road in place of putting the beam in the RCC of the roof. This ILLEGAL construction is going on in house number 338, Riashi Nagar, Delhi-34. I made a complaint in Rani Bagh Police Station on 5th Sep.'2011 and Beat Inspector of Rishi Nagar Mr. Ram Lakhan Singh came and took the photograph of the ILLEGAL constructionand and saw the registry documents of 338 Rishi Nagar, in which East side road was 10' and west side road was 10' was written but south side road was not mentioned and the Illegal constuction is going on the south side road. This 338 Rishi Nagar was built in 1975 and this ILLEGAL construction is going on from the last ten days. He is doing the white wash hand to hand before the pillers get dry. This will make the road narrow and will be difficulty for every one living in Rishi Nagar.
