My consummer no is 2727 with Raj Flame Near Mohan garden

this connection is more than 30 year old. Last consummer no is 4324with m/s Sharma Gas co. Uttam nagar, New Delhi-110059

Now when we go to Raj Flame for Booking of my cylender they are saying that your connection is closed. I want to know why it is closed Please give me in written.
