Lockage in drain system

Dear sir,

I, the resident of H No. 10/227, Sector -10, Indira nagar, Lucknow, wants to bring to your kind notice following lines for your humble consideration

.

Sir, the drainage system (sever) is blocked in front of House 10/227, Indira nagar since 2nd of July. The dirty water is coming out of drain and is spreading all over by the side of road. There is no disposal of dirty water which is giving open invitation to diseases. Kindly arrange for sorting out this problem at the earliest.
