Aadhar card
Not give the application form at 2.45pm

I went post office at Koppa - 577126 chickamagalure dt. for receiving aadhar application form on 13th sept on 2.45pm. they are sitting idle and they are not give me the form, they told that the application form gives only 9am to 9.30am. is this correct? please send me information on email.
