Sir,

I, Sandeep Jangir, am a student of IT-BHU (4th year mechanical engg.). Sir, I have submitted my application for fresh passport issual at Lucknow passport office on 01-03 under tatkal scheme. Sir police verification and local intelligence unit verification had been done in the start of April. Yet my passport has not been delivered to hostel address. Also there is no information on internet regarding status of my file no which is LKOA03792812. Sir please look into the matter and do the needful
