On 17.12.2010 we have paid Rs.100 yearly membership fee for gas stove service. Till date nobody visited us and on telephonic even after 3 weeks nobody has turned out and the person (lady) attended telephone is telling that they have sent the mechanic and will come tomorrow-today etc.etc.-Jaya Menon, Bldg.
