Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to register complaints against MSEB (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd) for sloppy behaviour toward consumer.
My bill was pending due to some personal reason for three months (Dec. to Feb.) and right after first intimation we cleared our dues on 16th March through VISA bill pay. Payment details are mentioned below.

During these 15 days electricity guys came thrice to cut our electricity supply and convey the same to them. On MSCB site also our outstanding amount is showing nil still today they cut off our power supply which is the height of the irresponsibility and sloppy behaviour towards work.
Without any notification to us and without cross checking any records they just turn off our power today (30th march).
When I called up MSEB office (Thane, Kalwa -Kharegon) to register compliant we received vague answers like your bill is pending from last six months or there must be problem in your meter box and so on but was not ready to tell that they had cut off our electricity supply which is highly regretted.
