Unable to deliver all the luggage items

Sir,

I have given my Household items to "MAX Packers & Movers" on 27th Jan. They have delivered all the items on 30th Jan, except GAS Cylinder (14.2 KG). When ever I ask for the GAS Cylinder. The representative from MAX packers is telling 2 days... Now its been 15 days. I lost hope and I want to give complaint on them. Please suggest me to proceed further to get the GAS Cylinder from them. Please find the details of the Max Packers & Movers below.
