Sewer blockage

I am a resident of Andrews Ganj. I live in Type III houses on Road Number 4 in Andrews Ganj. The sewer line right behind my house is blocked. Also there is no cleanliness towards the back area of the homes due to which there are acute chances of an epidemic disease to spread.

Kindly take necessary actions to rectify the problem.
