Myself Shivam Sharma, resident of Mandawli, Fazilpur, 110092 (Delhi), want to submit a complaint against the irresponsible behaviour of Municipal Corporation Head, or the said counseller Mrs. Lata Gupta is big loser in solving the grievances of her community people . the complaints are logged in numbers but no action from that side!!!
