Subject: COMPLAINT FOR THE BLOCKAGE & OVER-FLOWING OF SEWER LINE OF M.C.D.
Respected Sir
This is to inform you that the sewer outside my building and all street is Blocked & Over flowing since last 2-3 months. Even after a repeated number of complaints to local authorities & M.C.D. Office, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewerage keeps coming out of it and has made the whole premises inside my building & on the road outside of my building very smelling foul. The problem of water not being disposed out correctly can also give rise to some disease. Due to this sewer problem my toilets are also not working properly. No body in the street member used their toilets.
Whenever we all people go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. I just can't understand what to do. They were completely not concerned about my helplessness of not able to use the toilet at all. What we supposed to do?
