Misbehaviour of safai karamchari

Sir,

I am owners of X/3085, Street No-4, Raghubar Pura No-2, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi-31 and one male karamchari, Mr Nanak is misbehaving and even using abusive language. He collects garbage from front of all residents and throw in front of my house and demand Rs.100 monthly to clear it. As he is not giving his full efforts towards her duty. This type of behaviour cannot be tolerated anymore. Either change his duty or I request you to take action against him.
