Very poor service no transperency

Hi my name is harish my contact num is 09702695191, one sudden day airtel barred my outgoing landline calls and broadband services, i couldnt evn call a customer service from landline had to use my mobile to make call, called 20 times in half an hour each time was disconted by airtel customer service once told abt the issue, the last agent whom i spoke with, started being abusive to me and said wont help me and disconected the call, its seems the services which they provide to their customers is very very poor as well as their customer support staff is absolutly useless, good for nothing and one last advice to all my fellow buddies who have airtel landline and broadband, please look for alternatives and if in case if u have any issues with the services please plaese do not call customer service, it will make you more and more frustrated and irritated as the staff is trained in dharavi and very useless... 0/10
