Ad ill maintained roads

I have to travel every day from janakpuri to inderlok metro station. and for last 4 months i have seen that the road stretch from motinagar metro station till inderlok metro station is in deplorable condition for all tese months i have been hoping that aftersome weekend may bee mcd will wake up after collecting so much tax and may repair that road but to my dismay this hasnt happened till now. i dont when will they wake up.if this is the condition of roads in delhi what can you expect from rural area or some other city
