Water logging in small drains

I the resident of E-4/84, SEC-16, ROHINI. the small drain passing in front of our lane starting from house no. 84 to 90 is blocked and the water logging is there for last 2 months. Many times asked the sweeper and their senior for rectify the problem of water logging. Water is smelling foul and mosquitoes are breeding,

Kindly, do the needful and remove the blocked water by cleaning the small drain.
