There is a illegal construction of a huge building already going on in Dyal Singh College, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. It is to be noted that the construction in college campus is going on despite of not having any approved building plans. In fact MCD not only rejected the building plans but in 2009 also issued a notice to college on the illegal constructions. But still college authorities are going ahead with the construction and MCD is not taking any action against the college for not adhering to it's notice.
I would specifically like to note that college is doing construction on the Govt. grant for a building whose plans have already been rejected by MCD. This action of college authorities also is the violation of the CVC norms of misusing govt's money.
I request MCD to take immediate punitive actions against College administration for carrying out the illegal activity within college.
