I am the Chairman of Aagaz, an NGO working for hygeine & santation and promotion of ecology in Chhatarpur and SUltanpur areas of Mehrauli. Please refer to my communication to Deputy Commissioner, MCD South District, dated 9th July'10. I am pained to bring to your knowledge that the drain remains clogged and with the onset of monsoon, stretches of roads on Chhatarpur-Tivoli Garden and Mandi Road remains submerge under water. There are huge dangerous pot- holes specially on Mandi Road. Collection of garbage by MCD contractors in Chhatarpur and Sultanpur areas remains shoddy especially the one opposite Jain Mandir, Chhatarpur and MCD Govt Senior Secondary School, Sultanpur.
