Respected sir,
In our Surat, Gujarat area the passport office is good but they did not answer on phone in their office ours always telephone transfer automatically to respected officer but they did not get answer and put the phone without answer. My question is if some work or some esquire made telephone would be save our and the officers time also if he attend the phone. If they are not to attend the phone in any case why the phone numbers are given in Ministry of External Affairs web site for contact them? Only some questions asked to him and they give only good answer for that and that can be save both the persons time as well as money etc... My sons passport is expiry on may and what am i do for that and that's why I made call to him, so either way they tell me come here and waste your as well as my time for this matter may be? I don't know what to do for that and what to do to the people who is suffering with this matter?
