Sewer broken by truck - illegal construction by religious group

To the Commissioner MCD Central Zone,

A heavily loaded truck has broken a sewer line in front of our house 8/6 Jungpura B, Mathura Road, New Delhi 110014 early this morning. Sewage is seaping out and polluting our basement. We fear spread of disease in this monsoon season. The truck was carrying sand and building materials towards DDA land, where they have broken the DDA boundary wall and seem to be in the process of construction..
