Sub:- Delay in issuing Birth certificate and need serious attention for M.C.D. Shahdra (South) Zone, Karkardooma,

Respected Sir,
I have requested for the birth certificate for my brother and sister on 18th August with a SDM permission Letter at M.C.D. Shahdra (South) Zone, Karkardooma Delhi. I have visited many time MCD office and today after 1 Month 6 days for collecting birth certificate but got very surprised to hear that there is no record found in system (CBS/Net) after one month and got excused from MCD deptt. that there was some net problem from last one month.
I have told by them I can complaint anywhere and the birth certificate will issue after one more month (Means 2-3 month after applied). I am feeling very bad for MCD work culture as I was treated very rudely by MCD staff and not able to get the birth certificate after one month of applying.
As I have seen MCD staff are more interested to work with Agents (Daalal) who are openly roaming in MCD staff room and MCD staffs are not dealing properly with general people. Most of the people are waiting their birth and death certificate from last couple of months but not getting proper details from MCD staff.
I have submitted a written complaints for today incident to Dy. Health Officer & Registrar (B&D) Karkardooma delhi and waiting his reply on this.
Here I would like to address this issue in your knowledge if you can help Delhi citizens for this type of harassment by MCD staff.
