This is to inform you that I have applied to reissued the attached PAN Card which was lost earlier. The same was applied on 1st Feb'10 vide application no.502417198 but till date I am not yet get the same. The same was dispatched by the authority on 17th Feb'10 vide Tracking No : 71593076 Reference No : 49143652 Docket No : 1310317 through Dartmail but till date I am not recd.the same.
