Non-deliery of registed with A/D Post lette

The department has dispatched two letters under Registered with A/D Post through Nawabganj Post Office - 743144 having Registration Slip No.4835 and 4836 both dated 24-07 at Village - Bhidur, Main P.O. Kichwacha (Bhidur), Baskhari, Dist - Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh - 224155. But till date this factory has not yet received the acknowledgement cards.

Kindly confirm as to whether the above letters were served. Matter URGENT.
