PF settelment

Hi,

Myself Nelson. Rego. I resigned from metlife india insurance co ltd on 1-may i'hd completed all my formalities on same month but yet my PF settelment hasbeen not done by the company. They are telling they have submitted my PF form to the PF department on 10-oct and PF department in delaying the process my PF no is KN/25482/14063.And after doing the various mails and call to the company and PF office Banglore the are not giving any response on my issue.

So, please solve the issue...
