Egarding poor & dirty water supply

I am samir shashikant gawthe staying at 35/969 nehru nagar kurla east mumbai - 400024

we are not getting proper water supply since last 2 month, we are getting water supply from MHADA only for 1/2 hr daily. also the water is so dirty that you have to keep open tap for at leat 15 min. after that only you can use water for daily use, we have complaint regarding this to our MHADA office at nehru nagar kurla east office & to our corporater dr. anuradha pednekar, but they doing nothing.

is there any one who can help us regarding this.
