Compensation claim with ERA (J&K Srinagar)

Sir,

Last year ERA (Economic Recinstruction Agency) were on the job of constructing drainage system (deep drains) in our locality, unfortunately during diging process my compound wall was damaged and the concerned engineer, supervisor and contractor came on spot and assured me to give genuine compensation for damaged wall and cemented path... but till this time no response was given to me, even though I contacted them several times over phone, and this year they came again to complete the unfinished work near my house, I told them about my compensation and committment made with me, but still they only assured me to see your case... then after some time I made a complaint with the top executives of ERA (J&K), no doubt they contacted me over phone and they too assured me to resolve your issue very soon, but all telling lies... Now I hope with your Kind and positive approach my case will be looked into and I shall get due compensation
