In the Account No. MP/5049/1 of MPAudyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (indore) limited. The compnay has submitted form No. 3A for the year 08 and 09. As per rule the maximum pension contribution is 541.00 the difference of provident fund less 541.00 is deposited into EPF account of concerned employee. But company while submitting the return shown 8.33 of wages as pension contribution and balance has been shown in EPF of employee. This has resulted in less amount deposited in EPF.
