Update of transaction ID for exam

I have applied for the assistant and paid my fees through State Bank of India challan on 9/5 then i logged in on the website to update the transaction Id as without its updation the application will not be submitted but the system says the transaction id does not match the bank challan and therefore the application is not submitted and the last date is 13/05. the helpline number on the website is not working.pls help me
