Dear All,
I am writing this to you…not because I want justice but because I am really upset to see the entire system of education. I am ashamed to see the people employed as Teachers, vice principals & Principles have become so corrupted that they can’t do justice with their post. Some of them even don’t deserve to be Teachers at all. Though this not about Education only, its every where and I know no would change it, not because they can’t change it but because they will have to change themselves first and they would not like that at all.
I don’t know why am I writing this to you? May be I have some expectations but in terms of what I really don’t know.
Incident:-ANDE (Acharya Narender Dev College)

I am an Ex-student of ANDC kalka-ji for Diploma in Spanish (course name); I had my exam today dated on 12-04 at 02:00 pm, one of my friends (Sandeep Kumar, ex-student from the same class) called me an hour early so that we could discuss about the course. I reached college at 01:00 pm and was called by guard to show them the I-card, I went there and put the Admit card on the table and started looking for sandeep, and told the guard that bhaiya, I live near by college at Kalka-ji and I have my exam today so let me go because I had one hour left to discuss with Sandeep before the exam. I had my Ex-student I-card also but that was valid till 2010 so I didn’t show them that because ANDC was just my centre for the exam. Another reason is that day before yesterday when I went there to give the first paper then I showed them Ex-student I-card, at that point in time they said no this is no valid, show me your Admit card I showed them and they allowed me to enter the college.
This time also they said ok go... But I looked that they were not checking the Admit cards, busy looking at girls and busy in their gossips (I was the exceptional case) so I told them bhaiya kam se kam open kar ke to dekh lijiye, admit card sahi hai Na.
They told me that they know their duty and ‘warned me not to teach them’ and threaten agar koi problem ho to chalo mai office le kar chalta hoon. I thought I am right so why should I be scared so I told him lets go.
He took me to Vishal sir (I am sorry I don’t know that last name) and complained him that I was arguing with him. When I tried to explain him, Vishal sir looked me from up to down and found that I was wearing chappal so instead of listing to me he started abusing me (unbelievable) and instructed me to stand at the gate and check other students’ I-card then meet him at 05:00 pm.
I said sir; my exam is at 02:00 pm and will end up by 05:00 pm so how would I stand there. I again tried to speak something but he said (apna muh band rakh warne keech k eek jhapad marunga), this was horrible, I never expected this from a teacher of higher education.
After this he snatched (took from the table) my Admit Card and I-card and said aaj tu exam vi nahin dega. I was very disappointed and didn’t know what to do. I didn’t want my family to be involved in this matter so I went to Vice Principal and explained her everything. She told me to wait outside and she will speak to Vishal sir. When I came outside, just then vishal was coming from other side he said tu yaha kya kar raha hai, (It seemed he wanted to beat me at any cost), I told him that I came to meet Vice Principal from distance, then he said tu kisse pooch kar Vice principal se mila and started coming towards me I was so scared that I went inside and said Man Vishal Sir aa gaye and pooch rahe hai kisse pooch kar tu yaha aya.
Vishal sir entered the room. I tried to explain him the situation but they told me to wait outside. After a few moments both of them called me and said to give a written apology letter then only they will allow me to sit in the exam. I again dared to speak something and said mam, aaj ke baad koi student kuch galat hota deck kar vi awaj nahin uthayaga, muje vo karne ko kaha jar aha hai, jo maine kiya hi nahin, I told Vice Principla that my friend sandeep was there inside, why don’t she ask him please that what did vishal sir tell me, (keech k eek thapad marunga), tere jaise ladko ko main acchi tarah se jaanta hoon.
I kept saying sorry without any fault but it seemed both of them had decided that they would not let me give the exam. I didn’t have an option other than writing an apology letter (Against my will) for something which I didn’t do. I wrote an apology letter keeping in mind that I should never stand for good being. Agar Kisi ka rap ho raha ho, ya koi mar raha ho to vi uski or dhyan na do, naa hi uski madat karne ki koshish karo, system jaisa hai vaise hi rahne do, use badalne ki koshisha mat karo, varna jalna khud ko hi parta hai.
I died every moment writing that letter for something I didn’t do. I submitted the letter to Vishal; this man had decided that he would not let me appear in the exam. It was correct 02:00 pm; he gave an excuse that you have to explain every thing so give me another apology letter.By the time I had realized that he is just trying to waist the time so that I could not give the exam. I showed boldness and spoke English and requested him to allow me to give the exam and I would do whatever he wants after that.
Gazing towards me speaking English, he realized that I am from an educated family so he signed the application and wrote to allow me to give the exam for today only, but he did not return the Admit-card and I-card.
I didn’t have time so I thanked god and ran towards the class. Just because of this I was so frustrated and upset and I was mentally not present while writing the paper.
When the exam was over I went back to his office. He was not there so I asked one of the staff members sitting there. He told me that vishal sir is giving class in R-no-34.I along with my friend went there and called Vishal sir from outside. He did not come for a long time and I knew he was doing that intentionally. We kept waiting and waiting. After a long time when his class was about to over he came out and asked did you bring another apology letter. I was again shocked to hear that how can a teacher like him bother a student?
I had given up so I thought if I speak something then he may slap me also & can do anything. I again died every moment writing the second apology letter.
We went to his office and gave him the application. He returned my Admit-card and I-card. I again said sorry before leaving the room. We were about to cross the gate sudden he called guard to stop us and send back to his office. I was really scared. We went there; he snatched the I-card and said this is college’s property so you can’t carry this back.
I said sir this got expired in 2010; I have kept it just for the memory that I also used to be a student of Spanish. If I had to return it then I would have returned it 2 years back and taken Rs/500 security deposit after returning the I-card. I saw his face and felt that he wanted to beat me badly so I didn’t speak anything more. I gave the I-card. My friend was there otherwise he would have definitely done something un-expected with me.
My friend requested him to get me an I-card in-return then he wrote that on a peace of paper and gave that to me. In return he noted down all the information. I am sure that he will do something on the answer sheet so that I may not pass.
He forgot to take the first apology letter so sending the first apology letter and the peace of paper on which he wrote the admit card information.
My questions to all my friends:
1. Do teachers abuse to their students?
2. Are they taught to behave worst than an animal?
3. Does Government want them to be rule over students?
4. Are they taught to look at the legs of girls while teaching in the class?
5. Have they been given all rights to abuse a student?
6. If students make mistakes, do the teachers ask them to sign an apology letter?
7. Was I wrong if I tried to make guards remember their duty, if yes, was it a big issue on which I had to sign an apology letter?
8. Does he deserve to be held that respected post?
9. Does the lady deserve to be Vice Principal?
10. Had you been in place of me what would have you been done?

“Law/Justice is for the corrupted, criminals, Rapers, by the corrupted, criminals, Ropers, of the corrupted, criminals, Rapers”. :(:(:(:(
