DELAY IN RESPONSE

DEAR SIR/ MADAM,

I the undersign is the consumer of MSEB, Thane. On 24th August one phase of our buliding, Akshay CHS in Kalwa, Manisha Nagar, 400605 faced power cut off around 6:00 am. We waited for a while thinking its a daily affair. When lights didnt come till 09:00 am we started making calls on 25348542 (MSEB number). The staff said we will send someone to rectify the defect. We kept waiting.

After a long wait when again calls were made they repeatedly kept saying the complaint was not registered. My neighbour made a complaint in front of me and to my surprise when i made a call they said the same thing that the complaint was not registered.

The complaint was kept ignoring till 17:30 in the evening. Moreover one of your intellegent staff who was working in the morning shift requested us not to tell the evening shift staff that we were complaining since morning.

After 12hours wait lights came at 18:00.

I am very disappointed with the way your staff works. I would request you to follow up with this issue and take necessary actions.
