Subject: Regarding wrong bill and dis-connection of Electricity.
Sir,
My Consumer No: 160250313419 Billing unit: 4610.
My Electricity has been disconnected since last 3 months, Earlier I got wrong bill for that I already given application to revise the same. After that I deposited the entire outstanding amount online.
Apart from I paid all the bills MSEB has disconnected my connection and the paid amount is stating as -1210 means MSEB has to pay me 1210 Rs.
I already sent email to [email protected] but no one replying Also I called several time at 020-26363452 but no one is picking the phone. I already visited to the Kondhwa office but there I waited for Mr. xxxxx (a typical govt officer) but he did not came (like a govt employee). It is requesting to concerned authority to take a needful action and reconnect my electricity at your earliest.
